Solution
The provision of VOIP solution was cheaper than customer existing service. After deployment, all VOIP products are closely integrated, MyNet technologies were able to provision a Hosted/hybrid system which allows simple and free inter-site communications. Incoming and outgoing calls for local and overseas offices are thru the internet via IPSEC VPN. Call waiting enabled. Got BLF features and others.
Results
Customers were happy and satisfied with quality of service, the existing numbers were ported and transferred to the new hosted service and the old PBX was discontinued. Now customers able to make calls without incurring international telephone costs. Telecommunications is easier now as its faster in dialing and sound quality improves as well.
